Where are your building materials sourced from?

Haven Homes utilizes all local suppliers for building materials used. We've also hired local contractors for any additional services needed throughout the process. Our subcontractors include City of Monroe, Drexel Building Supply, Ace Concrete, Hottmann Construction, American Design Concepts, First Weber Realty, Delta 3, Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection Inc, Duxstad McDaniel Law Fim, Pro Source Electric and Alliant Energy.

When will the homes be finished and available

We project the first group of homes to be completed and move in ready by May of 2024.
