We are a family owned and operated business with over 35 years of combined industry experience in building homes. After years of preparation, we've decided now is the perfect time to bring a new subdivision to Monroe. Our goal is to ensure growth in this amazing community by providing additional new housing at a reasonable price point. This project is currently under construction. Our first set of units will be available in May of 2024 with an estimated total subdivision completion date of early 2025.
